At ChangeTalk I specialise in a solutions focussed approach, building on individual strengths and capabilities to create success. I will not tell you what to do but I do promise to work with you closely; to explore, create and develop a clear perspective and a positive way forward. 

I coach, I support, I facilitate understanding and development; supporting you to be the best you can be. We talk; together we talk about change; hence ChangeTalk. (Well, actually you will do a lot of the talking). I'll actively listen and strategically guide you through the process.

Sometimes you just don't know where to begin, what to do, or how to do it. Sometimes you just need someone to talk with, to bounce things around; to unravel the confusion; to gain clarity. Some clients at first have suggested that thats what they thought friends were for, and whilst yes, that is true for some, not all friends know how to bring out the "nitty gritty" details and be strategic at guiding you through the various options.
